These candles are only distributed by Kirklands, not produced. Cobblestone Candle makes these. You can buy them at Ross, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, At Home, Home Goods, etc etc... PL...

There is no "2nd hand chemical exposure". The scent really is caused by the sachet packets that they sale, some people are just more sensitive to the smell than others.

Kirklands - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased two mirrors on January 19, 2016. It is now February 9th and I still have not received them. I was told today that Customer Service would call the store and get back to me, three hours later still no call. I left a message for Lisa McNagel, Manager and three hours later - no call. They have had every excuse imaginable. Unbelievable!! I cannot rate the mirrors since I haven't seen them yet. It is really embarrassing since they were a birthday gift.

The store cannot cancel the order until it arrives at that store. You can call customer service and cancel then purchase the item in store.

Kirklands - The worst online purchasing experience ever!

Three weeks for the order to get to the store, product was broken, returned it and 12 days later STILL do not have the credit returned to my credit card. The product never left the store. They say it takes 12 business days to issue my credit card credit. They said its the holiday! It is clear that Kirkland's needs to quit selling online. When you call they put you on indefinite hold and talk to you like you have no reason to be calling.

Kirklands Manager Review

I went in to the Kirklands on Azle Ave in Lake Worth, Tx and the manager with his little ponytail did not greet me or say a word to me when he was standing right in front of me. Very rude and poor customer service!!! It was VERY awkward and disrespectful, so I just left without making a purchase.
