I ordered 4 outdoor pillows and was supposed to receive them in 3-7 business days. When I spoke with a customer service rep they said it would be shipping "soon" and ended the call.

Once I finally received the pillows, the order was wrong. I called back again and this time spoke with a manager. She was completely uninterested in helping me and asked me to send her a picture as proof I didn't receive the correct pillows. I sent the picture, and was told I would receive an update in 48 hours, but didn't ever hear back.

I've had to call 5 times to get the pillows I ordered a month ago, and still don't have them. Worst company to order from and worst customer experience I've ever had.
