I ordered a cream desk online. I received it yesterday after I drove an hour to get it.
When I opened it up this morning it was severely damaged. I packed it back up and drove an hour back to Kirkland’s at their Sunberry store outside Columbus. The lady who helped me get it out of the car was very nice. However, the store manager did not even apologize for the inconvenience.
The lady who had helped me check to see if there were any otherS, She located one bit it was also damaged in the box. I realize what I spent may not seem like a lot of money to some but I would’ve expected a little bit better quality and definitely better customer service.
