Kirklands - Military service not honored when ordering online

They wouldn't give me my military discount and when I asked about my spin to win, she couldn't do that either. Now, I was really shocked that she couldn't go into my reward program with them and see I am military. Not so sure about them dismissing me that quickly when I was ready to make a purchase.......

Kirklands - The worst customer service

There is a lack of communication between customer service and the Boynton Beach store. When I spoke the the store the sales associate was extremely rude and I in knowledgeable! I was inquiring about a shipment when in fact it was there! Called corporate and still waiting for a call back! I’ll never shop there again!! Store manager was unavailable!
