Order a mirror on August 30 they claim it was damaged they just sent me another one and my mirror is damage again this being going on for a whole month now I have to wait for a third replacement

Disappointed

They sent an email for my birthday with a 25%off coupon and a free birthday gift when i got there they suggested that i buy something and i would get my birthday gift. They had the nerve to give me some old vanilla body spray which i declined. What about a simple candle that would have been good, good enough for me to continue to shop there. Shop there every week for ten years and i won't be going back!

Kirklands - Store Fixtures?
I do not see any other retail stores selling fixtures on Facebook!!! What the heck. That looks cheap and gives Kirkland’s an awful reputation! This was from the Kirkland’s in Rockwall, TX. Why would a company allow a store manager to do this???

I ordered a bookshelf to be shipped to store-then the price dropped by $40. I called customer service and they would not make the price adjustment. They told me I had to return the shelf I purchased and reorder at the lower price. I did this. They told me They would refund the original price. Then I got an email to pick up- I did. They never refunded the original price - so basically I paid for the one shelf 2 times. Customer service will not help resolve. I am beyond frustration-They told me to bring the shelf back to the store to return and pick up the lower price bookshelf. Are you kidding? It's the same exact bookshelf. Really Kirklands is this worth losing an excellent customer?

Poor Management

Rockwall, Texas store can not keep a manager, and the one there now is the worst yet!!! The store looked awful! Floor not vacuumed. And the way things were, looked like it was “Going Out of Business”. Phone rang, by registers, when girl told the manager (heavy set girl) that the phone was for her, she asked was it a male or female, girl said male. She rolled her eyes. Afterwards I was told it was the District Manager, James, on the phone. Now why would any manager roll their eyes at ANY phone call? And, in front of customers??

As others have stated, online shopping and ship to store is a terrible experience. But their customer service is the worst I have have dealt with in a long time. When dealing with my first (and last) online order the item I received was in poor shape. I get one email a day with customer service dealing wit this issue. They ask a question, I reply immediately & they reply the next day... I've decided to avoid them altogether now and make sure i let other know about how bad their online shopping and customer service is."

States online 7 to 10 days. One item was cancelled on 12/14/18. Rest of order was not mailed until December 17. Still has not reached store on 12/21/18 and salesperson does not know when it will ship. This is ridiculous and very long wait time. I have never had to wait this long for any other company. These were Christmas presents. You would think ordering on 11/30/18 was ample time. Apparently you need to work on customer service. Order number is 954****. You have lost a customer who frequently bought from your store.

Two weeks later, not even shipped.

14 Days after placing order 942**** , I finally reach out to customer service. Rep doesn't even tell me she is working on my question and disappears for 5 minutes making me wonder if I'm even connected. Finally, comes back, telling me the item is packed and ready to ship. Well that's nice, but it would be nice if you could ship it??? Nonchalantly tells me it takes at least 10 days to get to ship; well it's been 14, and even 10 is a disgrace. No apologies, nothing, just matter of fact, "I'm not sure what your problem is". Never, ever, again, will I order from Kirklands. Their lack of customer service and business practices is appalling. PS: They didn't forget to take payment the very hour I ordered the item.

My wife and I bought a house in Pembroke Pines Florida and we went to the Kirkland store on Pines Boulevard a lot to buy things for our new house we started noticing the manager at that location was so rude to her employees it was so pathetic I stopped going my wife went back again in so that heavy set black women light into an employee where she said she would never go back how the heck could you have someone work for you that talks down to everyone like they are dirt under their feet it's absolutely pathetic and my wife said that she did not recognize any of the people that work there anymore from the past and we are telling all of our neighbors to stay the *** away from there

Same way in the Rockwall, Texas store. Kirkland’s store rules doesn’t apply to the store manager, but it does to the employees! That’s her way of thinking!

I ordered two canvas wall pictures and one of them took seven whole days to get to my house and the other one is still not here even though I ordered them at the same time. By the time it gets here it would have been 30 whole days and that is ridiculous especially because I payed for shipping. When I called Kirkland’s to complain they said they were sending one out again so I waited four days and I never got a tracking number. So I called again and they said they would send me the canvas and it has been 3 more days and it still isn’t here. I ordered this on September 17th and it is October 14th. Is it even worth the wait? NO. Not at all. They didn’t offer me anything to make up for the mistake either.

Terrible customer service- will never order online again

I ordered 4 outdoor pillows and was supposed to receive them in 3-7 business days. When I spoke with a customer service rep they said it would be shipping "soon" and ended the call. Once I finally received the pillows, the order was wrong. I called back again and this time spoke with a manager. She was completely uninterested in helping me and asked me to send her a picture as proof I didn't receive the correct pillows. I sent the picture, and was told I would receive an update in 48 hours, but didn't ever hear back. I've had to call 5 times to get the pillows I ordered a month ago, and still don't have them. Worst company to order from and worst customer experience I've ever had.

DON’T WASTE YOUR $. I absolutely loved this store until I placed an online order. They instructed me to do a return by going to the nearest location for a full return however WARNING they do not give you a “full return”. They have a stupid policy that if you order online and it “ISN’T DAMAGED” they will not pay you back for shipping! WHAT!!?? So by bringing back a perfectly unused and undamaged item, I am being stiffed on shipping?! I called customer service and they said it must be damaged, so I replied...you would rather customers be dishonest than receiving an item back you can resell? So stupid!! You are better off going to Hobby Lobby as there deals are much better, and the quality is just as good if not better. I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service and a policy the makes no sense at all. Good job Kirkland’s on losing business. I have posted multiple bad reviews so others do not get cheated. Never ship to your home if you must buy from Kirkland’s!!
